The agreement between Regovix and customers using the global platform.

This page is a working draft, not a finalised legal document. Contract and consumer-protection law varies by jurisdiction. Before this is relied upon commercially in a specific market, it should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer for that jurisdiction. If you're contracting with the Australian entity specifically, regovix.com.au/terms is the version that applies.

1. About these terms

These Terms form the agreement between you ("Customer") and Regovix ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Regovix platform and its applications: IncidentLoop, FleetCheck, InductGuard, AuditMate, ChemVault, CompliBase, BarrierWatch, and EvidenceIQ.

By creating an account or using any Regovix application, you agree to these Terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account
You're responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account
You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access

3. Access and commercial terms

Regovix's global platform is currently offered by direct arrangement rather than fixed self-service pricing. Specific commercial terms — access scope, term, and any fees — are agreed with you directly and set out in a separate order or agreement, which forms part of these Terms once agreed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Regovix only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Store or transmit information that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the platform or another customer's account
Use automated tools in a way that imposes unreasonable load on our infrastructure
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any Regovix application
Enter deliberately false compliance data — Regovix records may be used as evidence in real investigations and regulatory matters

5. Your data and intellectual property

Your data belongs to you. All records and data you enter into Regovix remain your property.
You grant Regovix a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service to you.
Upon cancellation, you have a reasonable period to export your data before deletion, except where we're required to retain it by law.

6. Our intellectual property

The Regovix platform, applications, brand, and associated software are the intellectual property of Regovix. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for your internal business purposes during your active access period.

7. Availability

We aim to maintain high platform availability, excluding scheduled maintenance, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for temporary unavailability outside our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of liability

Regovix is a compliance and evidence-management tool — it does not guarantee that your organisation complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You remain responsible for your own compliance obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Regovix provides the platform "as is," and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.

9. AI-generated content — important disclaimer

EvidenceIQ, BarrierWatch, and other Regovix applications use Claude AI (developed by Anthropic) to generate contradiction findings, ICAM classifications, suggested corrective actions, and other analysis ("AI-Generated Content"). You acknowledge that:

AI-Generated Content is produced algorithmically and may contain errors or omissions.
It is a drafting and reasoning aid for a qualified person to review — not a finished, certified finding.
It does not constitute legal, safety, or regulatory advice.

Before acting on AI-Generated Content — accepting a Finding, closing an investigation, or relying on a suggested corrective action — it should be reviewed by a suitably qualified person to confirm it accurately reflects your actual circumstances and complies with the laws applicable to you.

Regovix does not assume any part of your organisation's duty of care or compliance obligations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regovix accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on AI-Generated Content without appropriate review.

10. Your compliance obligations

You remain solely responsible for your organisation's compliance with all laws applicable to your operations. Regovix does not provide legal advice, and nothing in the platform constitutes legal, safety, or regulatory advice.

11. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your access at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at regovix.com/terms.

13. Governing law

Where these Terms are entered into directly with the Regovix global entity, they are intended to be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction agreed in your specific order or agreement. Where no such agreement exists, please contact us to clarify before relying on the platform commercially.
